These terms govern use of the Amalyn AI website, demos and examples during product validation.
Product status
Amalyn AI is currently in validation and early access. Demos, examples and previews may represent features still in development and do not guarantee future availability.
Submitting requests
Submitting a form, feedback or request does not create an account, start a subscription or automatically create any payment obligation or contractual relationship.
AI-generated examples and content
AI-generated drafts, suggestions, images, text and editorial plans may contain errors or require adaptation. They should be reviewed before use. The user keeps final control over whether to approve, edit, reject or publish any content.
Intellectual property
Amalyn AI trademarks, interface, software, design and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Content and materials supplied by the user remain owned by the user or their respective rights holders; by providing them, you authorize Amalyn AI to use them only to handle the request or provide the requested function.
Acceptable use
Do not use Amalyn AI for illegal, deceptive, abusive activity, infringement of third-party rights or processing data you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for the materials you provide and for the final use of generated content.
Availability and changes
During validation, features, limits, pricing, interfaces and availability may change, be suspended or removed. We may update the website and these terms when necessary; the last-updated date identifies the current version.
No warranties
The website, demos and examples are provided in their current validation state without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amalyn AI is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of automatically generated content, or for losses caused by misuse, lack of review or third-party services. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to the user under applicable law.
